Our Service - how it works
Step 1 – Consultation
Andrew Baines Interiors listens to our customers' needs and interprets their individual brief into beautiful designs.
At the initial consultation with you in our Newport showroom, we will talk to you about what you’re looking for from your new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. We want to understand how you use your space, noting your likes and dislikes and requirements.
Step 2 – Home Visit
Now we want to get to know your home, or more specifically, your space in your home which we transform into your dream interior. We will visit your home and take detailed measurements and review the space which you want to transform.
We can also work with your architect if your new home is currently being built and can work from the plans you already have.
Step 3 – Design presentation
We will invite you back to the showroom shortly after visiting your home to present to you our plans for your new kitchen bathroom or bedroom. We will present you with a 3d design to help you visualise what your new kitchen bathroom or bedroom will look like. Our design will carefully match the brief you have provided us with at the consultation, and our many years of experience of design and installation will help you create the best design and use of space.
Step 4 – Appointing Andrew Baines Interiors
Once you are happy with our proposal, we then ask you to appoint Andrew Baines Interiors by paying 50% of the project value. As part of your project, you will be supplied with detailed 3d images of the design solution and a product specification list.
Our installer will also visit your home to review the design brief and to aid a smooth installation.
An installation date will also be agreed with you.
Step 5 – Installation
We want to make the redesign of your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom as stress-free as possible, which is why you can be assured that we are only ever a telephone call away. Once the remaining balance on your installation has been paid, we will arrange the delivery of your products. We will liaise with your installer and will visit during installation to ensure that your dream interior is becoming a reality.
